All new agents are given our comprehensive 13 week company training program. In this time you will receive complete introductory overview of all information and skills needed to succeed in the real estate market today. Of course training does not end after 13 weeks but is ongoing. Periodic live seminars, online training and a comprehensive in- house training library of the training materials of the industries' top trainers are also offered. We integrate our in house training program with the Coldwell Banker University programs and the Long Island Board of Realtors' training and education programs. Our agents are consistently recognized as among the best trained in our marketplace .
