Coldwell Banker Signature Properties is a full service residential Real Estate office covering The Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Orange, Sullivan and Putnam counties with two local high tech offices in Valhalla in Westchester and Riverdale in The Bronx.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bronx, NY, with flexibility for some remote work, for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, while providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships. They will also work with other agents, brokers, and resources to market and advertise properties, close transactions, and stay up to date with industry developments.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in New York
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales or Rentals
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales and customer service skills, with an ability to negotiate contracts and find creative solutions
• Strong local market knowledge and ability to keep up with market trends
• Proficient in relevant Real Estate software and tools, such as MLS, CRM, and marketing platforms
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred, but not required
